Best Coast to be featured in new Fleetwood Mac Tribute Album; playing Union Transfer in July

Direct Current has announced that there will be a tribute album to Fleetwood Mac to be released on August 14th. The album was produced by Randall Poster, a music supervisor and producer who did the Buddy Holly tribute album last year.

Direct Current said:

Another difference with the tribute album is that each of the contributing artists had complete independent control over the style and vision for their songs. The result is a collection of often radically reworked versions of well-known (and some more obscure) Fleetwood Mac songs.
