James Blake drops new video for “Retrograde” (playing The TLA on 5/11)

UK producer / singer-songwriter James Blake made a handful of announcements last week regarding the release of his much-anticipated sophomore album Overgrown on April 8th.  The news was accompanied by a radio clip of Blake premiering Overgrown lead single “Retrograde” on Zane Lowe’s BBC Radio 1 program.  This week “Retrograde” got the visual treatment with the stunningly misty, otherworldly video below.  The narrative is a bit mysterious but involves UFOs, beautifully frozen imagery and an isolated country home.  Tickets and information for Blake’s all-ages show at The TLA on May 11th can be found here.
