Laura Veirs releasing new album in August, playing Boot & Saddle on September 20

Photo by Alicia J Rose Singer-songwriter Laura Veirs is releasing a new album, Warp and Weft, on August 20 and has announced a date on Friday, September 20 at the Boot & Saddle, the former South Broad Street Country & Western bar being renovated by Four Corners Management (Union Transfer, Morgan’s Pier, Dolphin Tavern). Veirs’ new album was produced in Portland with her longtime collaborator Tucker Martine and the album features Jim James, kd lang, Neko Case, Brian Blade and members of The Decemberists.
