Nine Inch Nails is releasing a new album, Hesitation Marks, on September 3 on Columbia Records. Trent Reznor worked with Atticus Ross and Alan Moulder on the new album and Reznor announced the “Tension 2013” tour that begins after the band performs at Made In America in Philadelphia over Labor Day Weekend.
