PhilaMOCA presents Eraserhood Forever (and Ever) on 7/12
For the second year running, PhilaMOCA celebrates the bizzare, disturbing and mind-bending world of David Lynch and the Philadelphia neighborhood that inspired him with their Eraserhood Forever (and Ever) variety show on July 12th. There will be musical performances by Pittsburgh’s Silencio (who explore the dreamy, orchestral worlds of Lynch and Angelo Badalamenti) and local party band Weird Hot in addition to a topical burlesque show, art show and the premiere of PhilaMOCA’s Eraserhood Forever – a short film that delves into the evolution of the Callowhill neighborhood. Tickets and information for the all-ages event can be found on the Facebook event page here. Take a look back at last year’s celebration here and watch Silencio perform “Slow Sin Jazz” below.
