Haim share new song, “The Wire” (playing Made In America on August 31)

The LA based band of sisters Haim are definitely plotting world domination one song at a time. For a band that’s yet to release its debut full length album, sisters Alana, Danielle, and Este Haim are gaining quite the following around the world. With an EP and some stellar singles to their resume and extensive touring including several marquee festivals, Haim have a new song, “The Wire,” that plays to all their strengths; catchy hooks, jubilant harmonies and a wink and a nod to classic rock (we can’t help but notice the rhythmic similarities of this new song to “Heartache Tonight” by The Eagles and the Lindsey Buckingham-esque guitar solo). They play Made In America in Philly on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway on Saturday, August 31. Below, listen to “The Wire.”
