Philly indie-poppers Glitter launch a series of new EPs with The Midnight Zoo

Local new-wave indie-pop outfit Glitter have just released a 4-track EP, The Midnight Zoo, on their Bandcamp. The Jeff Zeigler-produced, slightly shoegazey EP is the first in of three planned for release over the next year. This one starts the series off by shuffling nicely back and forth between sugary summer pop on songs like “Love Potion” to the occasional bit of lo-fi punk, like on the opening few measures of title track “The Midnight Zoo.” The whole thing is definitely worth a listen, and is available to purchase on Bandcamp for a mere 4 dollars.
