Philadelphia singer-songwriter Chris Kasper celebrates the release of his latest full-length, Bagabones, tonight at World Cafe Live. The long-running local musician has performed on his own since the early aughts, played in The Lowlands, collaborated with Kuf Knotz and Hezekiah Jones, and generally kept as busy as an acoustic troubadour can.
