Weekender collages found footage for its “Spanish Peaks” video

Local psych pop group Weekender have shared a video for “Spanish Peaks,” the title track off of its debut EP.  The album was released just last week via PaperCup Music.  The video is a collage of found footage, clips of the band members in trees and fields and some brightly colored animation.  The naturalistic scenes recall the inspiration for the song, which lead singer / guitarist Derek Sheehan says was a train ride through the Sierra de Guadarrama mountain range in Spain.
