Philly singer-songwriter-vibemaster Strand of Oaks – aka Timothy Ross Showalter – will release a new LP next year on Dead Oceans Records, the venerable indie label and home to recent Oaks tourmates Phosphorescent, as well as Juliana Barwick, Sun Airway and others.
