Philadelphia musician James Cuartero has spent the last several months writing and recording with the ambitious intention of releasing one EP a month in 2014.  Performing as That Dream Was Our Life, Cuartero has shared the first 6-song installment called We Are Very Happy Together.  Acting as a diary of sorts, the homegrown tracks recount Cuartero’s experiences in a lo-fi, confessional manner.  The recordings vary both sonically and topically, with styles ranging from electro-pop, acoustic folk and low-key R&B while covering video games, British comedies and life in Philadelphia.  Stream and download the EP below.
