Philly electro-R&B duo Marian Hill ventured back to Havertown Middle School (where they first met as students) to play their latest single “One Time” for Out of Town Films. The first 2 minutes is just producer Jeremy Lloyd mixing loops and electric sounds behind his synthesizing station, creating an ominous preface to the band’s track. Then Samantha Gongol gracefully makes her way to the stage to lend her stellar vocals to Lloyd’s production. Get tickets to the band’s live debut at Boot and Saddle tomorrow night here and indulge in “One Time” from their forthcoming Play EP (due March 4th) below.
