Bluesy folk four-piece TJ Kong And The Atomic Bomb will play a welcome home show at Johnny Brenda’s after their three-week southern tour and performances at SXSW. They perform with Le Fits (who have a new album in hand) and The Bernhardt Family Band on April 4th.

With the help of producer Bill Moriarty, the band just put the finishing touches on their third album, which will be released in the coming months. Frontman Dan Bruskewicz tells us the album will conclude the trilogy of LPs begun on the bass-thumping folk release Idiots and garage rocking Manufacturing Joy. He tells us the band will also be releasing two additional music videos from their March 2014 EP, KONG. The show at Johnny Brenda’s is $10 and more information can be found at the XPN Concert Calendar. Below, check out two of the videos from KONG.
