Recap: Houndmouth pack a country-pop punch for their NonCOMM set

Houndmouth are quickly becoming listener (and industry) favorites thanks to their sing-along friendly choruses and repurposed country pop / rock sound. One of the younger acts on NonCOMM’s bill, the three-year-old band performed a high-energy set of songs from their Rough Trade sophomore LP Little Neon Limelight. “Sedona” was a set centerpiece, while “15 Years” channeled a boot shuffling honky tonk and “Gasoline” showcased a softer side to the Indiana outfit.
