Modern Baseball Needs Your Dog Photos
Do you own the cutest dog in the world? Do you love taking photos of just how cute he/she is? If you answered yes to both of these questions, Modern Baseball needs your help!
The Philly indie/emo quartet has built up a massive following with their quirky, yet lovable songwriting and image. One of the band’s most memorable logos is a drawing of a dog wearing sunglasses, pictured above.
The band sent out a Facebook post on May 25, asking their fans to recreate the logo by taking pictures of their dogs wearing sunglasses. The winning pooch will be featured on Mobo’s new bass drum head, for all the world to see at their shows. The winning owner will receive a signed You’re Gonna Miss It All bass drum head that has been used on Mobo’s last 3 U.S. tours.
Details on submitting your dog photos can be found here, just keeping in mind the following requirements:
Make your photos as high quality as possible – the band has to blow them up pretty big.
Only take photos with your dog’s permission, because as the band says, “some dogs don’t like wearing sunglasses, ya feel?”
