Seems like Sam Smith and Disclosure aren’t the only ones fascinated with Drake’s latest single, “Hotline Bling.”

This morning, Jeremy Lloyd of Philly favorites Marian Hill shared a remix of the song as covered by LA artists Charlie Puth and Oakland’s Kehlani. The Cali folks dropped their rendition of the song a few weeks back (predating Smith and Disclosure’s higher-profile version), and Lloyd’s remix features the addition of a particularly badass verse by Armani White, one of our favorite rappers on the Philly scene right now.

Of how the track came together, Lloyd has this to say:

In the midst of finishing our album I took a break and made this remix purely for myself and fell in love with it. I’m so excited to put it out into the world the way I started – simple, no strings, on my soundcloud a week after I finished it.

Listen to the “Hotline Bling” remix below – Armani drops in on the party at 2:40 – and compare it against the other versions, in reverse chronological order.

Marian Hill headlines Union Transfer on October 1st; Disclosure has two dates at the Fillmore Philly on October 19th and 20th. Tickets and information on all those shows can be found at the XPN Concert Calendar. Drake, Sam Smith, Armani White, Charlie Puth and Kehlani don’t have any Philly shows listed at the moment, but if we could get all these people in a room at once, how friggin amazing would that be?
