Watch Eskimeaux dance around the room with cereal boxes in “Broken Necks”

Back in May Eskimeaux, led by songwriter Gabrielle Smith, released its second studio album, O.K. to positive reviews. Now you can watch her sing to her stuffed animals and feed her dog cereal in a new video for the single, “Broken Necks”.

“Broken Necks”, like the album as a whole, is full of cheery sounding pop hooks that actually have a much deeper emotional center than initially evident. Similarly, the video wanders in silliness before coming to a more poignant end.

Eskimeaux is now on tour supporting her album and will be stopping by First Unitarian Church on November 14, headlining for Alex G. For more information on that show click here.
