Listen to some catchy indie pop on The Not Fur Longs single, “Lemonhead”

The Not Fur Longs are a delicate and playful indie-pop group from our neighbor state, New Jersey. Today the group released a new song that will be featured on their debut full-length album.

Titled “Lemonhead,” the song follows suit with The Not Fur Longs other releases, featuring polished, yet understated instrumentation. The focus is instead put on vocal harmonies and clever lyrical turns — such as the cheeky reprise of “Mrs. Robinson, you look like an old man”.

The Not Fur Longs will bring their style of airy pop to Ortlieb’s Lounge on Friday, October 16 with The Only Ghost in Town and Aspiga. Check out the new single below and go here for more information on next week’s show.
