Experience life as a communal coffee cup for a band like Restorations in “Tiny Prayers”
Philly rockers Restorations want you to appreciate what it’s like to be the one depended upon by most everyone to get them through the day; the coffee cup. That unsung hero is the focal point for the video for the band’s single “Tiny Prayers” — which you can watch below.
The track is a slowly-evolving and eventually rambunctious rock and roll song from last year’s LP3, showcasing the powerful and gravelly vocal prowess of lead singer Joe Loudon. The video plays with both the idea of what it is like to be a working musician and what it is like to be a working coffee cup.
Restorations is going on tour next week with The Menzingers and mewithoutyou for a full trip around the country. They will be at Union Transfer for two nights in a row starting on Friday October 23. For information on those show head over to the XPN Concert Calendar.
