Furious, Unforgettable: Slow Magic wows Union Transfer

Producer and beat maker Slow Magic took the stage to a packed Union Transfer crowd Thursday night with much anticipation since his last visit at Boot & Saddle. When the colorful tribal mask appeared, the tone was immediately set with his furious drumbeats and electronic loops. The performance was hypnotizing from start to finish with euphoric tracks like “Girls”, “Still Life”, Waited 4 U”, and ODESZA’s “Say My Name”. The energy created by his music is infectious and stage presence on point, especially with a drum kit that sets him apart from the rest. Slow Magic shows are always original and unforgettable, most notably when he takes the drum kit into the crowd for an all out dance party.
