In the spirit of giving back, a group of local bands will be playing a Toys for Tots benefit show at the American Legion in Doylestown this Saturday, December 5th. Headlining the event is The Chairman Dances‘ Eric Krewson, who will do a solo set of his band’s art-rock songs.

Joining Krewson are Doylestown shoegaze project Bob Hotdog, Doylestown jazz/hip hop group Olympic Formal, and Philly dream poppers Blood Sound and The Soft Spots.

Holiday cookies (vegan and non-vegan) and an ugly sweater contest round out the festivities, while toy donations get you a discounted entry fee.

More information can be found on the Facebook event page here. Check out Krewson covering Harry Nilsson’s “Good Old Desk” below.
