Gigspots presents a Menage of Modern Rock in Lancaster with Those People

Every third Friday of the month is Music Friday in Lancaster, and this month’s installment features a special presentation of modern rock. Hosted by Gigspots at the Historic Elks Lodge in downtown Lancaster, the “menage” pairs Philly’s Those People with New York’s Beecher’s Fault and Pittburgh’s Working Breed.

After releasing their debut EP Be Careful What You Wish For a year ago, Those People knocked the socks off of people at the latest Beta Hi-Fi competition with the energy of singer Assad Khafre (a former XPN intern) and the band’s overall talent and songwriting. That performance won them a slot on this show. Khafre and co. recently spent a long string of hours in the MilkBoy studio prepping a follow-up record, which we’ll hopefully get to hear some of on Friday.
