Philly’s annual Two Piece Fest is an exercise in mayhem and minimalism that brings the DIY scene together, one duo at a time. This year’s installment is set in the First Unitarian Church basement – a bit of a change from past endurance tests in places like Pi Lam – and features 22 bands spread across the day on Saturday, February 26th. Highlights include grindcore staples +HIRS+, the punked-up Brown Rainbow, instrumental act In Place and the wild and experimental Joint Chiefs of Math (pictured).
