Philly shoegazers Nothing have shared “Vertigo Flowers,” the newest single from their sophmore album, Tired Of Tomorrow.

“Vertigo Flowers” is the first taste of Nothing’s upcoming record, which will be released in May. We finally get a studio version of the song, which the band debuted last New Year’s Eve at Boot & Saddle. “Vertigo Flowers” evokes anxiety through a dense lens of thick guitars and reverbed vocals. The first half of the song speeds through a wall of sound before it breaks into an entirely different fuzz monster.

Nothing recorded Tired of Tomorrow at Studio 4 with Will Yip. The band has not released any Philly dates yet, but they will be playing Governor’s Ball in New York and Shakey Knees Festival in Atlanta.

Tired Of Tomorrow is out May 13th on Relapse Records. Check out “Vertigo Flowers” and the trailer for Nothing’s new album below.
