Punk duo PINKWASH, made up of Joey Doubek and Ashley Arnwine, have shared “Longer Now”, the first single from their debut LP Collective Sigh, available on Don Giovanni Records in May.
On “Longer Now” the band channels both the garage punk ferocity of Queens Of The Stone Age and the prog-rock energy of The Mars Volta. Big guitar riffs and pounding drums mingle with a heavy noise backlash, creating a powerful combination for PINKWASH.
Collective Sigh from PINKWASH is out May 13th via Don Giovanni Records. Their most recent release was the “Cancer Money” 7″ from March of last year. They have not yet announced any upcoming Philly dates yet.
