With the summer solstice less than a month away, our days are about as lengthy and bright as they get. And there’s no better way to spend the extra sunlight than with some grub, drinks, and live music. On Saturday, June 11th, the Roxborough Solstice Music Festival will provide just that. Starting at noon, they’ll have 10 musical acts, food trucks, a beer garden, craft vendors, and local businesses at Gorgas Park on Ridge Ave in Philly.

It’s a packed lineup with some of XPN’s favs coming to perform including:

Tommy Conwell:

You probably know this ’80s Philly rocker best from Tommy Conwell & The Young Rumblers hit ‘I’m Not Your Man.”

Ben Arnold:

Get to know the singer-songwriter from his chat with David Dye on World Cafe.

Zach Djanikian Band:

He plays in Amos Lee’s band, but this Philly raised musician has wonderful material of his own.
