Watch the trippy new video for Andorra’s “Indian Queen”
Local alt rockers Andorra shared a new video for their single “Indian Queen” last week. The song itself was first released in March and is the product of the band’s studio time at Philly Sound Studios, which they won during a battle of the bands competition.
The video starts off pretty low-key — the four-piece band is in a couple of different settings rockin’ out. Eventually though, the visuals take a bit of a trippy turn. Mirror images start taking over the screen, as if we’re looking into Andorra’s very own kaleidoscope. Heck, the field they’re on even turns purple. Vocalist Kevin McCall said in an interview earlier this year that they didn’t get to fine tune this track as much as the material on their debut LP etc, etc, etc…, so it’s nice to see the song, and its video, come out so well done.
The band’s next local gig is a little less than four weeks out at this point. They’ll join The Cultour and The Bad Tequila Experience at Bourbon & Branch on Tuesday, August 23rd.
