Creepoid, Amanda X and more will play the 2016 River City Festival

The 9th annual River City Festival is bringing a day-long roster of local talent to Fishtown’s Penn Treaty Park on Saturday, October 8th — and the lineup runs the gamut from blues and folk to punk and psych.

Headlining the day are Creepoid – who have founding guitarist PeteJoe Urban back in the fold – and Amanda X – who have been debuting some sick new jams of late. The day begins with Deb Callahan Blues Band and singer-songwriter staple Ben Arnold. In between, T.J. Kong and the Atomic Bomb will do the gravely Tom Waits jawn and Creem Circus will channel T-Rex.
