Kim Gordon and Bill Nace’s Body / Head will play Philly / New York this November

Experiemental guitar duo Body / Head will perform an intimate set at PhilaMOCA this November 11th for the first half of a pair of East Coast dates. The band consists of Kim Gordon, formerly of Sonic Youth, and Bill Nace of Vampire Belt.

This is the first time the Body / Head  has performed in Philly in over three years. Expect to see a similar blend of projected visuals, guitar noise, and Gordon’s trademark vocals, but with a project this out there, you really have no idea what you’re in for until it’s actually happening.
