Heyward Howkins returns to the stage next month

Local singer-songwriter Heyward Howkins has announced a special performance for Friday, November 4th at the The Hi5 Studio, joined by his friends Birdie Busch, Roomtone, and more.
Howkins slowed his stride a bit after releasing two gorgeous full-lengths in 2012’s The Hale & Hearty and 2013’s Be Frank, Furness, both pulling witty references and memories from Philadelphia’s history, like the Divine Lorraine and prolific architect Frank Furness. His most recent release was a double a-side 7″ featuring singles “Forcasting” and “Midway.”
