On December 21st, local indie rockers Burned Out, Still Glowing will host a charity concert at Boot and Saddle. A portion of the night’s proceeds are to be donated to Philadelphia’s local youth homeless shelter Covenant House..

The event was inspired by U2’s annual tradition of playing charity shows in Ireland on Christmas Eve according to the band’s lead singer Lennon Cantwell. Fellow alt-rock bands The Tisburys and The Year End are also on the lineup.
