Aaron West and The Roaring Twenties releases full discography as pay-what-you-want to benefit the ACLU
For the next few weeks you’ll be able to download the full discography of Aaron West and the Roaring Twenties for a pay-what-you-want donation as the local musician raises money to support the American Civil Liberties Union. This comes alongside announcements from many artists around the country that they will be donating proceeds to support organizations that may be negatively affected by the incoming President.
Dan Campbell is the man behind the Roaring Twenties, a Lansdale native who also fronts Philly pop/punk outfit The Wonder Years. His solo project (now backed by a very full band) is a bit more conceptual though, premiering in 2014 with the narrative We Don’t Have Each Other that follows a fictional character through a difficult year of personal and familial struggles. In addition to the debut LP, supporters will receive last May’s Bittersweet EP and a previously unreleased cover of “My Favourite Chords” by The Weakerthans.
