Rock out with Levee Drivers and their cat in the new “There You Go” vid, see them headline JB’s on Friday
Local howlers Levee Drivers have shared a new Bob Sweeney-directed video for their one of their older tracks “There You Go.” The band recently recorded their first full length album down in Water Valley, Mississippi, but currently have a GoFundMe page to help assemble the final costs it’ll take to master and release it. The collection also benefits the Moyer Foundation, which aims to provide comfort, hope and healing to children and families affected by grief and addiction.
The visual accompaniment blinks with retro film filters, just as the song itself bounces between violently wild tempos. It appears as all one shot, gliding around a cluttered apartment from one band member to the next. Give it a look down below and see if you can spot their cat hanging out amid the fray.
Levee Drivers will headline Johnny Brenda’s for the first time this Friday, June 2. For more info and tickets to the 21+ show, head over to the XPN Concert Calendar.
