Harmony Woods | still from video

Before there was Nothing Special, there was “Ghosts” — the first song Jenkintown’s Sofia Verbilla wrote for her band-in-the-making, Harmony Woods. The somber meditation on mortality was recently performed live for the folks at Feet First Productions. Recorded on a grey day at the edge of Graffiti Pier, Verbilla strums the song while the Ben Franklin Bridge spans the background along with the wooded banks of Camden County, New Jersey.

Watch it below, and see Harmony Woods live at the Philly Music Fest at World Cafe Live on September 22nd; tickets and more information on the show can be found here.
