Philly indie rock five-piece Flat Mary Road just released a new music video for “Littered,” a new song off of their early 2017 LP Driving With the Numen, and we’re happy to give you a first look at it today.

Directed by frontman Steve Teare and starring bassist Dan Papa and friend of the band Michael Wyant, this video has absurdity written all over it. It features a man in comical athletic clothes and a bandanna practicing an intense yoga and workout routine while mouthing the lyrics of the song. The music and lyrics are pretty intense to begin with, so the image of a large, perspiring guy pausing in various yoga poses as the song progresses makes it all much easier to take in.
