The Barren Marys and Teenage Bigfoot’s Political Party split gets vinyl release
Remember what a rough year 2016 was? Philly punk scene staples The Barren Marys and Teenage Bigfoot do. At the end of last year, the two bands came together to release Political Party, a split EP filled with songs that articulate the anger and confusion that arises from a turbulent political landscape.
2017 has been an …interesting… year all on its own, and to celebrate the year coming to an end, Frankensense Records is giving Political Party its first physical release. Available in a very limited supply of multicolored vinyl, the EP is just what we need by our sides as we forge ahead into the looming unknown that is 2018. The Barren Marys and Teenage Bigfoot have an upcoming record release show February 3 at The Tusk; The Up! Up! Up!s will also play.
Stream Political Party below, and find the vinyl on Bandcamp. The 7″ will also be distributed by Get Better Records and Rad Girlfriend Records, and will be available in select Philly record stores.
