Kur returns to the spotlight with his new EP Smked Out
Philly rapper Kur is back once again, this time with seven new songs under an EP titled Smked Out. As usual, Kur gives us those hard-hitters and that raw, uncut material. He doesn’t holds back, and that’s why so many people are drawn to the Philadelphia rapper. His bars hold so much trust and honesty that make people’s eyes widen.
Last year, he released his mixtapes Da 9 and 180, then out of nowhere, he posted a single titled “I’m Back”. The track clearly hinted towards the return of the local artist and that something big was on way. With no due date in sight, we all sat mindlessly until late last week when he dropped Smked Out. Lil Durk makes an appearance on the song “Credit” and each track has its own personal producer like Maaly Raw, Jonathan for 3, Yola, Ibeatz and more. You can tell how much work is put into each song, especially with Kur’s ruthless bars. He speaks the cold truth, it’s as simple as that. Take a listen and hear for yourself below.
