Ani DiFranco will release a memoir, No Walls and the Recurring Dream, in 2019
Ani DiFranco is best known for her genre-crossing music, her record label Righteous Babe, and her activism. She has released twenty studio albums, the most recent Binary finds her returning to her political roots, tackling issues of gender and women’s rights.
The singer/songwriter is releasing a memoir, No Walls and the Recurring Dream, out via Viking Books on May 7, 2019. The memoir looks at the challenging formative experiences that marked DiFranco’s coming of age, and discusses the way her life has been shaped by music, feminism, political activism and philanthropy.
