Natalie Prass on The Late Late Show | still from video
Natalie Prass brings a discofied “Short Court Style” to The Late Late Show with James Corden
Natalie Prass turned The Late Late Show with James Corden into a proper disco earlier this week when she appeared on the show to perform fan-favorite song “Short Court Style” — and for those of us who have trouble staying up past 1 a.m., a video of the performance is available now. “Short Court Style” is from Prass’ latest album The Future and the Past, which was released last year. We’ve seen the Richmond-based singer-songwriter in Philly quite a few times over the last year, and while nothing beats a live show, there’s something special about watching one of our favorite artists light up the stage on late night TV.
Natalie Prass was recently in town on her tour with Kacey Musgraves, where she joined Musgraves onstage at The Fillmore to duet on a cover of Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive.” She returns to Philly for a headlining show at World Cafe Live on April 18, and tickets are on sale now.
