Mannequin Pussy signs to Epitaph Records, new album due later this year
Philly rock four-piece Mannequin Pussy has been working new music into their live set since not long after the release of 2016’s wonderful Romantic, and not only have we received word today that a new album is due later this year, the band found a new home for their music with legacy punk label Epitaph Records.
“Ya’ll don’t know how hard I am happy crying right now,” frontwoman Marisa Dabice Tweeted from the band’s account this afternoon. “It’s been a wild two years. Can’t wait for you all to hear it.”
Though the announcement does not give any specifics about an album title or release date — just that it’s coming this year — you can hear about 11 seconds of what appears to be a new song in the band’s announcement Tweet.
