Anika Pyle will play the Free Library’s music and poetry series in November
Anika Pyle will play the fall installment of Song-Poems, a music and poetry series organized by the Free Library of Philadelphia’s Literature Department. The Philly-based singer-songwriter formerly played in the Brooklyn pop-punk band Chumped and currently writes solo music, fronts the local punk band Katie Ellen, and is 1/3 of Sheena, Anika & Augusta. Pyle most recently released the Simple Pleasures EP with the trio, and a solo single “Good Woman” earlier this year.
The free concert will take place at the Parkway Central Library’s Heim Center on November 14. Find more information here.
