Britt Thomas and the Breaker Boys return with the dynamic Let’s Get Old single

Philly roots rock outfit Britt Thomas and the Breaker Boys just released two new tracks, “Let’s Get Old” and “Got Your Back.” The band, whose members have been figures in the Philly, South Jersey, and Wilkes-Barre music scenes over the past decade, debuted last year with a self-titled EP and returned with their second EP Pony Up this June.

Under the leadership of songwriter Britt Thomas, the band makes self-described “gut punch rock n’ roll honky tonk.” The prolific group headed back into the studio in September to record the new songs with Josh Friedman at HiFive Studio in Fishtown. “Let’s Get Old” keeps up their dynamic fast-paced country rock sound, while Thomas and the band slow things down on the melodic “Got Your Back.” Listen below.
