Roger Harvey is joined by Anika Pyle on “You & I”

For the last few months, Roger Harvey has been releasing singles in a series. On his latest, “You & I,” he’s joined by his partner and fellow Philly singer-songwriter Anika Pyle to sing the heartfelt song he wrote for her. The raw and delicate folk tune is accompanied by a music video directed by Adam Peditto.

“I wrote ‘You & I’ almost exactly one year ago today for Anika, when I asked her what she wanted for the holidays last year she said ‘I just want you to write me a letter like you used to,’” Harvey tells FLOOD Magazine. “This song was born out of that conversation and is an open letter to the person I love most. It feels fitting to finally get to share it this time of year, and more so to sing it together.”
