Join Sad13, Eric Slick, APHRA and more for the Rock to End Rape Culture
A stacked lineup of musicians will perform in the virtual Rock to End Rape Culture this Friday. The livestream event will raise money for the Philadelphia March to End Rape Culture (MTERC), an annual event that spreads awareness about rape culture and supports survivors of sexual assault and abuse.
Among the dozen scheduled to perform are several local musicians, including Sad13, the solo project of Speedy Ortiz’s Sadie Dupuis, Eric Slick of Dr. Dog and Lithuania, Rebecca Waychunas’ DIY pop project APHRA, post-punk duo King Azaz, and Brian Walker’s A Day Without Love. Guitar Gabby, Dan Devon, Maya Songbird, Quinton Barnes, Lauren Lakis, Angie Ripe, and Gabby Singleton will also play.
