Michael Kiwanuka shares an intimate performance for the Tiny Desk (Home) Concerts

NPR Music’s Tiny Desk (home) concerts take us into artists’ own spaces for an intimate listening experience as we all remain socially-distant. Michael Kiwanuka‘s moody setting is his apartment in rainy London, and his cozy performance makes us feel right at home, even from across the pond.

Kiwanuka’s 20-minute set features five songs off of his two most recent albums — 2016’s Love & Hate and the recent Kiwanuka, which won the singer-songwriter the 2020 Mercury Prize. Watch the full performance below.
