Hayley Williams' solo LP Petals For Armor debuts live on NPR's Tiny Desk (Home) Concerts - WXPN | Vinyl At Heart

In her latest Tiny Desk (Home) Concert, Hayley Williams appeared on the series for the first time without Paramore, but still arrived in good company.

Backed by Joey Howard, Aaron Steele, Becca Mancari and Julien Baker, Williams played three tracks off her 2020 debut solo LP Petals For Armor, including “Pure Love,” “Taken” and “Dead Horse.” The concert boasted unique energy with Williams’ lively spirit and the contribution of a talented group of musicians to play along tracks that carry sentiment to Williams as a part of her first solo full-length.

Even in a tiny space with a fairly dull backdrop, Williams’ dancing, movement and vocals create a contagious presence that fills the room. Watch the full performance below.
