Sheer Mag releases new song “Crushed Velvet” for The Ultimate Playlist of Noise

Philly rockers Sheer Mag just released their first single in almost a year and a half.
“Crushed Velvet” takes the band’s 70s rock template and adds layers of woozy basement psychedelia — trippy phase sweeps, warbling background vocals — though as always, Tina Halladay is a vocal force in the forefront.
The song will appear on the soundtrack of The Ultimate Playlist Of Noise, a new film streaming on Hulu which came out on Friday.
