The Philly Holiday Album is back with a Valentine’s Day comp to benefit Ortlieb’s
The folks behind The Philly Holiday Album are back with a second installment just in time for Valentine’s Day. This time, all proceeds from the compilation album will benefit Ortlieb’s Winter Fund, the fundraising drive the Northern Liberties venue has launched to help it stay afloat through the pandemic.
Over a dozen local artists contributed love songs to the Philly Loves You compilation, including Dawn Drapes, Mo Lowda & the Humble, Tioga, Dominy, Liz Delise, Kirby Sybert, Ang Bocca, Taylor Kelly, Levee Drivers and more.
Philly Loves You was curated by Jon Pritchard of Slomo Sapiens and Emily Herbein, a local music journalist who contributes to The Key. They previously released a holiday album in December, which raised over $5700 for Save Our Stages and Toys for Tots.
Philly Loves You comes out on February 14, and is available for pre-order now via Bandcamp.
