Ibeyi release ethereal new song for the soundtrack of HOW TO STOP A RECURRING DREAM

The French-Cuban duo Ibeyi — made up of twin sisters Lisa-Kaindé and Naomi Diaz — recently released a new song, “Recurring Dream.”

Leaning more heavily than ever into the sort of ethereal sound that Ibeyi hints at in so much of their work, “Recurring Dream” features long, almost angelic vocals on repeated phrases and broken thoughts. The dreamy, disoriented nature of the song works perfectly for its purpose-as the title song on the soundtrack for HOW TO STOP A RECURRING DREAM, a new film produced by Polly du Plessis.
