A week and a half out from the release of her sixth album Daddy’s Home, St. Vincent has announced a fall 2021 tour in support of the album that brings her to headline The Met Philly on October 11th.

The album is self-consciously retro, dabbling into a funk, disco, and soul aesthetic — something amplified in her performance of “Down” that we saw last night on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. It’s like digging through the record collection of a Warhol superstar (there’s even a song called “Candy Darling”) forty years into the future.

Tickets for St. Vincent’s Met show go on sale on June 3rd at 10 a.m., though it will be preceded by a variety of pre-sales that you can find out more about here.

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, concert announcements at this point are subject to change; we encourage fans to keep an eye on the venue’s website for the most up-to-date information. The Met has a health and safety section breaking down their policies, and writes “We encourage those who are sick to stay home, and remind everyone coming to our venues to wash their hands regularly with soap and water and use hand sanitizer. We continue to implement preventive measures at all Live Nation Venues in line with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health agencies.”
